How can I use my gift voucher?

Please kindly note that you are unable to redeem a Gift Voucher online to make a booking. Please call the Reservations Team on 015394 46551 to book.

I would like to add a message to my voucher

Once you have added the vouchers to your basket you can choose to write a personal note. If you are purchasing multiple voucher, you can either write a separate message for each one or a message to be copied across your order.

This is a last-minute present, can I get an e-voucher?

Absolutely! Simply add the items to your basket and on the delivery method, choose to email. This will send you a copy of the voucher and a brochure card to your email.

I would like the recipient to receive their order on a particular day

Not a problem, please choose one of the "Specified Day Delivery" options and choose the required date.

I would like multiple gift envelopes but sent to the same address for my order

On the postage options please choose from either the 24hr, 48hr or specific day delivery option with "Separate Packages" and you will receive an envelope per voucher.
